The client wanted a technical feat: his requirement was to have an A-class energy label for his sumptuous and very spacious villa upon completion of the renovation works. The challenge has been successfully accomplished: the energy and environmental balance is now worthy of the current standard RT201. All technical requirements for energy performance have been perfectly integrated into the interior architecture project by Marie Pierre Martin (www.mpmcdesign.net) based in Principality of Monaco.
The most beautiful materials have been implemented – doors under hangings, walnut, brass, heated mirrors, marble laid open book, exclusive fittings. All the walls are clad in woodwork staff or walnut. Elevator, hammam, sauna, gigantic master suite with bathrooms & two wardrobes, main lounge, reading room, make this exceptional villa unique in the bay of Villefranche. The exteriors are not left behind – splendid mirror/4-side-overflow swimming pool with the water line standing against the sea, fitness area, several annexes to accommodate staff and guests.
